INTRODUCTION

These general conditions of sale (hereinafter only “General Conditions”) govern the sale of products marketed by www.barpasticceriasenzaglutine.it . All contracts for the purchase of products concluded through www.barpasticceriasenzaglutine.it will be governed by these General Terms and Conditions.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These general conditions relate to the purchase of products, made at a distance by means of telematic network through the site www.barpasticceriasenzaglutine.it owned by LA TRINACRIA srl, based in Via Monte Rosa, 6 58100 Grosseto – Tel. 05641791875. Purchase transactions will be governed by the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22.5.1999, while the protection of confidentiality will be subject to the regulations of Legislative Decree 196/03.
The sales methods currently provided for purchases of products in the online catalog:
– prices shown are always inclusive of VAT;
– shipments are made in Italy and abroad.

ACCEPTANCE OF CONDITIONS OF SALE

-The conditions stipulated in the foreword are an integral and essential part of this contract.
-All contracts will be concluded directly through access by the consumer customer to the website corresponding to the address www.barpasticceriasenzaglutine.it, where, the customer can, in fact, conclude the contract for the purchase of the desired product by carefully following the directions and procedures provided.

SALE PRICES AND PURCHASE METHODS

-All sales prices of products displayed and indicated within www.barpasticceriasenzaglutine.it are inclusive of V.A.T. and any other taxes.
-For shipping within Italy, the total cost of shipping to the customer’s home is the responsibility of the seller.
-For shipments to the Islands and Calabria, the total cost of shipping to the customer’s home is borne by the customer at a cost of €. 8.00 VAT included.
-For shipments abroad, the total cost of shipping to the customer’s home is borne by the customer. This cost will in any case be made known to the customer before confirmation of the purchase.

APPROXIMATE TIMES AND DELIVERY CONDITIONS

-Orders received by Saturday are processed the following Tuesday.
-Delivery times may vary except for some particular areas that require more time for the courier to reach.
-Specifically, the estimated time for Italy is 1 to 2 working days, except for the islands and Calabria for these areas the estimated time for delivery is 3 to 4 working days, for Europe 4 to 5 working days, for the United States and Canada 3 to 5 working days, all the rest of the world 3 to 7 working days.
-Any damage to the packaging and/or the product or the mismatch of the same,must be immediately contested,by affixing

CONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE AND JUSTIFICATION FOR THE RESERVATION (ON THE COURIER’S PROOF OF DELIVERY)

This provides protection if any kind of abnormality is found after the package is opened. Only in the latter case it will be necessary to report the incident by email to the local office of the courier, and for information to TRINACRIA SRL by email trinacriavendita@libero.it. In particularly serious cases, TRINACRIA SRL may require the complete return of the product received in order to have recourse to the shipper. Once the courier’s document has been signed, the Customer may not object to any dispute about the external characteristics of what has been delivered. TRINACRIA SRL assumes no responsibility for disruptions in service attributable to force majeure such as accidents, explosions, fires, strikes and/or lockouts, earthquakes, floods and other similar events that would prevent, in whole or in part, the execution of the contract within the agreed time frame.

BUYER’S OBLIGATIONS

It is strictly forbidden for the purchaser to enter false, and/or invented, and/or fictitious data in the registration procedure necessary to activate the process for the execution of this contract and its further communications. The Customer indemnifies TRINACRIA SRL from any liability arising from the issuance of erroneous tax documents due to errors related to the data provided by the Customer, the Customer being solely responsible for their correct entry.

COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARKS

The website www.barpasticceriasenzaglutine.it (the “Site”) is the exclusive property of TRINACRIA srl, which has created it for information, communication, and entertainment purposes and made it available to Users for personal and commercial purposes.
